What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant is an independent entrepreneur providing administrative, marketing and/or technical services.

Is a Virtual Assistant considered an employee?

No. Virtual Assistants work on an independent contractor basis. You are not responsible for any employee-related taxes or benefits.

Who are your clients?

We specialize in working with Professional Organizers, but also assist clients from a variety of backgrounds: Financial Planners, Motivational Speakers, Business Coaches, Attorneys, Authors, to name a few.

What type of services does a Virtual Assistant offer?

Do you offer any services that are not listed?

Yes we do! If there is a service that you are interested in that is not listed, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your needs.

Can I roll over hours from month to month?

Yes and no. We allow up to 2 hours per month to be rolled over. In order to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we cannot allow our clients to roll over or "bank" more than two hours per month.

What happens if I run out of hours in my retainer?

Any hours in excess of your agreement will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Will I be able to work with the same assistant for all of my projects?

Absolutely! We believe that getting to know our clients and their needs is the most important aspect of building a successful VA-Client relationship.
